Many insurance policies cover online consultations. Please check your policy details or contact your insurance provider for more information.

For insured pets, we can accept direct payment from many insurance companies. This means that you can ask your insurance company to pay us directly for your consultation. Once we receive payment from your insurance company, we will refund you the consultation deposit that you paid yourself. If you would like your insurance company to pay us directly, simply fill in the insurance section of the consultation request form.

* Please note there is a cost difference for behaviour medicine, nutrition and weight management consultations. Please see the behaviour medicine, nutrition and weight management pages for more information.

A £50.00 deposit is payable at the time of requesting a consultation. The deposit amount is then deducted from the total cost of your consultation. We aim to contact all owners with regards to a date and time for their consultation, within 1-2 working days of receiving the online consultation request form. If we cannot find a consultation date and time that suits you, we will refund your deposit in full if you then choose not to schedule a consultation.

What we do

We provide a service that allows pet owners to consult with veterinary specialists by telephone or video consultation.

We offer independent, specialist advice from the comfort of your own home and without the commitment of further tests, treatment or significant costs. During the consultation with one of our specialists, we can discuss all aspects of the pet’s condition, including options and recommendations for further investigation, the diagnosis (or potential diagnoses), potential treatment options and the likely prognosis.
